Meet Kata
Kata Vazir’s background is Dutch. She obtained her BA in Tourism and Management in the city of Leiden, The Netherlands. At the age of 26 she decided to move to Florida. Kata has worked most of her life in the tourism industry and since 2015 she became a Tour Director and
has been leading adult and student travel on the west and east coast of America. She loves every aspect of her job, from organizing to planning to guiding these travel tours. When she is finally home from traveling, you will most likely find her in the water teaching survival
swimming classes. In her down time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, relaxing and whenever possible
sleep in a little bit. And of course, exploring new destinations for her new travel group.

Meet Nicole
Nicole May, a proud HBCU graduate and New Jersey native, is one of the managing partners and owners of KNV Travelz. With over two decades of impactful experience in social work focusing on children, families, and community corrections, she brings a thoughtful approach to creating accessible and enriching travel experiences, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, she received her Tour Management Certification from the International Guide Academy and has been leading tours for almost 10 years, bringing a wealth of expertise to her
role at KNV Travelz. Her dedication to fostering meaningful connections enriches every aspect of the agency, ensuring that each journey leaves a lasting and positive impact on all involved. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her dog, enjoying a good meal with friends and family, spending time with godchildren, and indulging in her passion for exploring diverse cuisines as a dedicated foodie. Furthermore, Nicole is a devoted sneakerhead and takes pleasure in curating her collection of designer sunglasses and handbags, reflecting her keen eye for style and quality.

Meet Val
Val Woldman is from Buffalo, NY, but has spent her adult life in Chicago, IL, Winston-Salem, NC, and Orlando, FL. She has 30 years experience teaching students from elementary to college age; presently, she teaches humanities classes at a Florida state college. She has been working with student travel since 2013, planning and leading tours to both international and domestic locations. Her favorite locations are New York, Washington, DC, and her current home state of Florida. Areas of expertise include New York history, civil rights, Broadway theater, fine arts, college admissions and campus tours, and major league baseball. When she is not on the road with a group or traveling with family or
friends, Val enjoys spending time on the beach, taking her dog for long walks, volunteer dog walking at the animal shelter, reading, and planning her next travel adventure!
